Refund Policy for HaveFunda
At HaveFunda, your satisfaction is our priority. We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship orders directly to you, ensuring high-quality products every time. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, all products are custom-made specifically for you when you place an order. However, if an issue arises, please review our policy below to understand your options.
1. Order Issues and Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@havefunda.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect or error
Upon review, if the product is found to be defective or if there is an error in your order (such as wrong size, color, or design), we will offer either:
- A free replacement of the item, or
- A full refund to the original payment method
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping on any replacement orders.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to buyer’s remorse or a change in personal preferences.
- Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, we cannot be responsible for redelivery or refunds once the item has shipped.
- Unclaimed Orders: If an order is returned to Printful as “unclaimed,” you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs if redelivery is requested.
3. No Cancellation Policy
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our process begins immediately to ensure timely production and delivery of your order.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
